Auction Bidding & Add-Ons
- Log in to make a bid on a lot.
- Select Log In at the top right corner of the screen.
- Search for your name in the drop-down list.
- Select Request Code to receive a 4-digit security code via text. If you did not receive a code, please call Kimberly @ 503-949-9226 or Michael @ 503-949-2833 for assistance.
- Enter that code in the box below your name.
- Not yet registered? Click Register New Buyer, and complete the form. A text message will be sent to you with a unique 4-digit code. Enter that code to gain access into the auction site. This password/code is your bidding password for the auction and will be used throughout the auction.
- Upon placing a first bid for a specific lot, you will be prompted to select a destination for the animal. If you would like to change your selection, you can do so when placing another bid. The destinations can be different for multiple animals.
- Purchase an animal and donate it to Marion Polk Food Share
- Purchase an animal to support a member and resale the animal back to the floor buyer.
- Purchase an animal and pick the live animal up at a designated location on Saturday July 11, 2020. If you select Live Pick-up you will need to pick the animal up at Woodburn Livestock Auction Yard between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm on July 11, 2020. Please call Michael at 503-949-2833 on July 10th to make arrangements. Woodburn Livestock Auction Yard is located at 597 S Pacific Hwy, Woodburn, OR 97071.
- Purchase an animal and have it sent to a butcher on our meat processor list

Auction Process
- All lots will open for bidding at 5 pm on July 7th, 2020. Auction is set for a soft close of 7 pm on July 9th, 2020. See auction closing details below.
- Add-ons will remain open through July 12th at 10 pm.
- The lots will be sold by species, then in alphabetical order by last name. The species order is Lambs, Goats, Steers, Rabbits, Chickens, Turkeys, and Hogs.
Navigation and Search
- When navigating the sale, if you select an exhibitor to read more about them, the back button will take you to the top of the first page back to lot 1.
- If you use the navigation arrows and numbers at the bottom of the pages it will take you to the bottom of the page you are selecting. Please don't miss the lots at the top of the page.
- Search Feature - There is a search feature located under the Drop Down / Hamburger button menu in the top left corner of the screen. This will allow you to search by division, by club, by one exhibitor, or by multiple exhibitors at one time.
When Placing a Bid
- When placing a bid, there will be a drop down selection to choose desired destination if you win the lot. This selection will remain the same for this lot if future bids are placed. You will be able to edit at anytime prior to winning the bid.
- If the lot is a split bid, please check the box when placing your first bid. This selection will remain the same for this lot if future bids are placed. You will be able to edit at anytime prior to winning the bid. We recommend having one person in your group doing the bidding and then emailing us after the sale ends, no later than 5 pm July 10, 2020. The email address is [email protected]. The email should include the Names, Addresses, Phone numbers, emails, and contact persons for all buyers involved in the split.
- You will receive a text message if you have lost the bid on a lot.
Auction Closing
- All bids are set to close at the same time.
- The initial closing is set for a soft close of 7 pm on July 9th, 2020
- Horse race style bidding will begin at 6:55 pm. If a bid is placed between 6:55 pm and 6:59:59 pm, the sale closing time will be extended to 7:05 pm on all lots. Then, if a bid is placed between 7:00 pm and 7:04:59 pm, the sale closing time will be extended to 7:10 pm on all lots.
- These bidding extensions will continue until no bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the current closing time. There will be no bidding extensions allowed past 10 pm on July 9, 2020.
- Note: lot/item closing times could vary from the actual posted times.
Winning Buyer

- Invoices will be emailed and/or mailed the week of July 13th.
- If your winning lot is a split bid, please email us after the sale ends, no later than 5 pm July 10, 2020. The email address is [email protected]. The email should include the Names, Addresses, Phone numbers, emails, and contact persons for all buyers involved in the split.
