​Market Species Health Record

Health Reports for each Market Animal is required at the Final Weigh In.  Please follow instructions provided with the forms to complete the records.   Please have your health records available for the Veterinarian at the vet check point prior to entering the fairgrounds.

Final Weigh-in Times

We will only have one certified scale for large animals and one certified scale for small animals, so we have made the following schedule to accommodate everyone.

Wednesday, July 8th -        12:00 pm to 5:59 pm - Swine, Lambs, & Goats
Wednesday, July 8th -         6:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Beef ONLY
Wednesday, July 8th -         7:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Swine, Lambs, Goats, and Beef
Wednesday, July 8th -         7:00pm to 8:00pm - Poultry
Wednesday, July 8th -         6:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Rabbits         

Buyer Gifts

We would like to ask that you refrain from giving the buyers gifts while they are attending the auction.  You will need to set up a time at a future date to deliver your buyer gifts to the buyers at their businesses.
