There will be a virtual show for Market animal exhibitors. The details are still being worked out and information will be updated here as it becomes available.
THIS REGISTRATION PROCESS IS SEPARATE AND DIFFERENT THAN THE REGISTRATION FOR AUCTION. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DONE BOTH.

Sample/Examples how to do your Video for large livestock
Rules for videos:
- Registration for the virtual market show will begin June 1st and will be accepted through June 30th. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 29TH OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SHOW
- Exhibitors with Beef, Goats, Hogs, and Sheep will be required to upload a video your project that will be judged virtually.
- Exhibitors with Market Rabbits, Market Chickens, and Market Turkeys will have a zoom style meeting with the judge and will not upload a video.
- Judging will be conducted July 1st-July 6th for large animal livestock. Judging will be conducted July 9th for Poultry and July 10th for Rabbits. Animals will receive a Blue, Red, or White ribbon. There will not be any numerical placings or champion/reserve placings.
- If you wish to participate in the auction, you must participate in the virtual market show and have your animal judged.
- You may only enter 1 animal in the virtual market show. If you have more than one species, you will have to pick 1 specie, 1 animal.

- Please look at the requirements before you do you entries. Go to: https://extension.oregonstate.edu/4h/marion/2020-mc-4-h-ffa-virtual-fair scroll down to Exhibit Information to find the fair book information and explanation cards needed for your project.
- Once you have all the class number(s) for your project please Go to: https://marion4h.fairwire.com/ and do your online entries. Follow the directions. Large Livestock please pay particular attention to the requirements below.

Sample/Examples how to do your Video for large livestock
Rules for videos:
- 1 video per entry
- 60-90 seconds cell phone video in horizontal (landscape) position up to 120 MB
- Needs to be a continuous video, no cutting or editing of video
- Need to see all angles of the animal and on the move, as well as a full view of the exhibitor. Suggestions: start from a standing position, film all sides, walk out then walking half circle around camera, then stop on profile to end video. - Exhibitor must wear appropriate show attire
- Animals must be presented just as if it was a live show and entering into the show ring
- No sound/talking in video
- No feed sacks or banners or farm signs in the video (you want attention on the animal not to surroundings, so youth and project is front and center.
- $5.00 per entry(you will need your invoice from your ShoWorks entries to complete this process)

Market Animal Weight Requirements
We are asking that all market animals be in the same weight range as they would have been for fair. The expectation still is that your animal would be in the weight ranges by July 7, 2020. I have included the weight information below for anyone who needs to be refreshed on the ranges.
- Beef - 1100 lbs to 1500 lbs
- Swine - 225 lbs to 300 lbs
- Sheep - 105 lbs to 160 lbs
- Goats - 60 lbs to 120 lbs
- Market Rabbits - 4-5 1/2 lbs each, under 75 days of age
- Market Poultry - 4+ lbs each, No more than 50 days of age
- Market Turkeys - Hens at least 13 lbs, Toms at least 20 lbs, 16-18 weeks of age
